Gracie Barra Mansfield 22nd April Seminar with Vanessa English

We had a very special guest seminar on Saturday 22nd April, Vanessa English.

Vanessa is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt competitor and instructor, a multiple-time European champion, in both Gi and No-Gi, and is the first British-born Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor to win the IBJJF World Championships. Vanessa is also a 2018 World Championship black belt medallist and the 2018 European Open black belt Champion.

What a great experience it was to have vanessa for this fantastic seminar and learn some amazing Brazilian jiu-jitsu technique, knowledge, and have a good chat with a great champion.
